They provided excellant service. New building and rooms with the washing machines. Really quiet area, central location near to the metro station and 10 minute walk from the Osaka loop line, the JR train line, and the main tourist area.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The welcome drinks, which were coffee, were a nice touch. The convenience of the hotel's location near a train station, less than 200 meters away, made it easy to get around. having convenience stores and a grocery nearby was very convenient for any last-minute needs.

The room was too small and poorly organized. There was not enough space for luggage, so we had to store them under the bed, which was quite inconvenient.

Came here for 3 days, the hotel was well-maintained and absolutely great, it had favourable location right by Right by the metro station and Kyoto before arriving in Osaka and restaurant. The room we had was spotless and compact with the washing machines and the staff was amazingly nice...

They offer free Wi-Fi and the breakfast they serve is delicious. Plus, Nakanoshima Park is just a short walk away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Osaka. the location was ideal, being super near the Minami-Morimachi station and just a short distance from the main train station. It was also situated in a very quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with washing machines, which was a great convenience, and the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a good variety of options.

The hotel was conveniently located near a train stop and had many food options nearby. The room was small but well designed and had useful amenities such as a water boiler, mini fridge, and instant coffee. The hotel was also very clean and had friendly staff who were quick to assist with any issues.

Although the hotel was well located, it did not have much tourist information available. It would have been helpful to have more maps and materials readily available to help navigate the city.
